After the first heavy rain of the season, a leak appeared in the garage, caused by a faulty weld, which was fixed after many texts.
When I went upon the roof a week after the rain, there were many spots with standing water. These spots need redoing so that the water will drain. After many texts The owner finally showed up w promises of a crew coming to correct defects. Has not responded to any of my texts. It has been 6 weeks . .......Also after the date of completion, it took 3 months to get me the warranty.

"(member name removed) roof was already leaking before we worked on anything. He ruined his roof by spraying an asphalt based product on his PVC roof. The asphalt based product is incompatible with his roof and is eating away his roof. We explained this to (member name removed) several times only to get a puzzled look. (member name removed) has several hundred if not thousands of pigeons on his property. Bird droppings are acidic in nature and eat away at roof surfaces. To my knowledge several other roofing company's have told him this as well. According researchers of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, kids where pigeon feces is present, can be exposed to Cryptococcus Neoforman fungus, which grow in rotting pigeon roots, and is present in the pigeon droppings. This is an airborne fungus. (member name removed) post is inaccurate and careless. He cannot attribute his incompetence as a homeowner, ignorance of roofing products, inability to negotiate with his original roofing contractor to any work we may or may not have done for him. To claim that we are responsible for his inability to manage his home maintenance is not only entirely inaccurate, but careless. We have been responsive, and available to assist in this matter. Not once have we refused (member name removed) calls or request. Roofing 101: Don't apply products you buy from a TV infomercial to your PVC roof."

Another good thing about this company is prior to getting the work done I called my homeowner association to discuss the job with them. I ended up called the company back and asked if they had done anyone else's roof in my neighborhood and they had and they actually gave me the names and phone numbers of the neighbors who had used them and allowed to me to call them to see how the work went. It only took them a couple of days to finish the work. It went very well, but there were a couple of leaks when it rained so I ended up calling them back to get them fixed. They did a really good job of coming back out and resealing the roof. They do very good work and I would recommend them to anyone as they great people to work with.
