Terrible, first they could not decide if the survey provided was what they needed then at last day they said a new survey was needed, first delay. When I came to the closing 4 days later the disclosure was incorrect I let that slide because I wanted to close ASAP to get paid, I . still have not received funding by the next morning. I called and they said to call back at 3 to check status. Ha. delayed again,

The escrow officer assigned to this account never returned phone calls, I mean never! She never even came to the closing. What the *expletive* do these people get paid for? They are not doing me any favors.
