job went well

Steve did a great job. He showed up on time and got right to work. He used the weed whacker to remove the grass around the wall and trimmed other parts of the yard while he was at it. The wall is about 50+ feet long and he had three coats on it in no time. Unfortunately, when he was about half way done with the garage trim it began to rain, and the rain lasted a day and half, but Steve came back the following week to touch everything up. He's a nice guy who does quality work at a modest price. You can't ask for much more. This is the second time I hired him and the second time I paid him more than he asked for because I appreciated his craftsmanship and work ethic. I will be calling Steve every time I need a handyman.

Steve showed up on time and got right to work. He not only removed the dirty caulk but all of the caulk in the shower and replaced it, and scrubbed the dirty floor tiles as well, which I hadn't even asked him to do. The shower looked brand new when he was finished! He offered to do the work for $40 plus materials, but I paid him $60 to show how much I appreciated the fine work he did. I will definitely be calling Steve again next time I need help with a project.

He showed up on time. Worked extremely hard, 8-10 hour days. First and last day were all moving dirt and concrete and then pouring concrete. 3 days for the plumbing. He worked on his own. Maybe a 2 man team could have done this faster - but then you'd be paying for that too. All and all we're pleased with the work. Although we're still working on tile so nothing is hooked up officially. There is water and the drains work. I'll try to get back to this in the future to update and load pictures. If I don't get this report in now, I'll forget.
