SMC was willing to work with me and help me work out the idea I had in my head. Even so, SMC also offered suggestions or changes that I believe ended up with a better result than what I had originally imagined. SMC was punctual, arriving when they would, allowing me to not have to alter my plans the rest of the week. SMC, was also proactive to call me when there was an issue or concern instead of going forward without my permission or decision. Although sometimes I would not be able to reach the contractor by phone he would call back when he received the message or saw that he had a missed call.
