SOUTHWEST SUNROOMS

Horrible. Jim Horner is a crook. He changed the name of his company in the middle of our job due to many complaints. We never got all of our screens. Supposed to have a life time warranty but can't find him now. CROOK! Do not do business with this man. His business used to be called Southwest Sunrooms and the Better Way Builders, Inc. I thought we could trust him because he is a former Marine. He is a disgrace. No honor there.

It was a disaster. It took them a year to do a seven day job. They could never get the roof right. I ended up having to hire someone else to finish the job. Everything is subcontracted. Their whole emphasis is speed. I would absolutely not use them in the future.

The construction of the room was fine. My complaint is that the picture the salesman showed me didn't look anything like what I got, and the project from start to finish took almost 5 months. I expected the doors and windows with the transoms would be framed on all sides. Without framing and trim around the door I'm unable to get a storm door installed and the door doesn't match the others in my house. Without framing between the transoms and window I'm unable to install a center support for the wide window blinds I want to install. I discussed these issues with Southwest Sunrooms after the framing and windows were in place, and I was told that they don't build sunrooms like I described. The construction was good and the workers were courteous. There was just a total lack of communication between the designer and myself. I learned a very expensive lesson.

THIS COMPANY DID A FINE JOB AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND WORKED REALLY HARD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY BEST FRIEND BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT GOOD.

THIS COMPANY HAS REALLY LOW PRICES. I COMPARED THEM TO OTHERS AND THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST. THEY DID QUALITY WORK AND THE FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY. THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY.

THE TWO GUYS DID A GREAT JOB AND THE DECK LOOKS NICE. THEY SHOWED UPON TIME AND WORKED VERY HARD. THEY FINISHED THE DECK VERY FAST AND TOLD ME TO CALL THEM IF ANY PROBLEMS ARISE.

SOUTHWEST SUNROOMS WAS VERY COURTEOUS TO ME AND MY FAMILY DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THEIR STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HELPED US THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, FROM PICKING IT OUT TO INSTALLATION.

THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY USED GOOD QUALITY DECK MATERIALS AND THE NEW DECK LOOKS GREAT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL AND DID AS I PLEASED.
