Tom is excellent to work with and addressed all of my concerns in a very professional manner. Has good communication and did an excellent job that looks great. would recommend and use again with no worries. He also had the best price.

I contacted Tom by phone. An appointment was made and he came. He was very through and explained every thing in understandable detail. The work was performed in a timely manner. The workers were very nice and everything was cleaned up as promised. I am very happy with my new roof. The materials are high quality and I was able to select my color. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Slow to respond but professional and high quality work.

They arrived on 6/28; stating they would call/text when they were on their way. It was within the allotted time. The young man who came was very polite and respectful. After inspecting the roof, he notified me he had sealed a couple of holes and I had over 50 shingles missing. He also explained the shingles I had were not meant for heavy winds and there is a better product. He went on to explain his company uses 6 staples rather than 3 and explained the products they used to seal the roof to avoid any water damage. At this point, I asked about repairing the roof and he advised it would be better to replace it with the higher quality shingles. I asked for an estimate on the cost for replacement. at that time, he took measurements, called a supervisor and provided me with a rough estimate. He stated ~as this is the 4th of July weekend~ his supervisor was on vacation; however, he would get me a written estimate by end of the following week. Almost a month later, I have not received an estimate nor have they made any attempt to communicate with me. This is a big negative for me - especially with monsoon season approaching!!! I was going to have thenm install a $6k roof on my home and they don't have the courtesy to even get back to me?? I will choose someone else who is more respectful of my time and deserves to have my business.

Excellent service, explianed what he was doing, quick and efficient.

Said roof was good, caulked extrusions. Only issue was they forgot my appointment and I had to call and remind them. They immediate came over and were wonderful.

The arrived when expected and very efficiently inspected and made minor repairs and declared our roof to be in really good condition. I really appreciated their honesty and did not feel like they were there just to sell me a new roof when I did not need one. I would definitely use them again.

Southwest Roofing did a great job doing an inspection, and coating the penetrations with UV protection. In addition, he did a comprehensive inspection of the roof area over my garage, including removing many roof tiles, and showing me the condition of the roof underneath. We never found any evidence of roof issues which would lead to the leakage in the garage, but he gave me a warranty anyway.

They never contacted me, so I can't give an opinion on their workmanship, but I am extremely disappointed not to have received the courtesy of a phone call or email.

Over a month passed after purchasing the $99 roof maintenance package before I was contacted. He apologized for the delay stating how crazy business was due to the special being advertised and then set up an appointment for the following Friday. I called to verify the time of the appointment because they had not called me to do the same. I got no answer. I took the whole day off from work and, of course, no one called and no one showed up. I called to see what happened and got no answer and no return call. So, in the end, I lost a personal vacation day from work and $99. No, I do not recommend.

All cracks, crevices were sealed and a very thorough inspection was done. I was shown what to keep an eye out for in the future with a rough estimate of the cost. Very professional; friendly service with a smile.

It was a very good deal and they did a great job. It was a minor thing, I called them in response to a home inspection where I needed some minor repairs to my roof.
