They always do an excellent job. Work was easily scheduled and they came at time they said they'd be there. We have used them multiple times before for installing new tiles in bathrooms and other minor and quot;handymanand quot; type repairs. They are better-priced than many other companies, and always do a good job. If there is anything not completed to our satisfaction, they make sure to come back and make it right. I would definitely recommend Southwest Properties, and Fredo is very easy to work with. In some previous engagements they arrived a little late, but always on day as scheduled - and they would call to let us know they were running late. No issues on punctuality this last time. Again - great company for a large variety of tasks around the house.
