Very good.

Played phone tag for several days -- finally set up an appt which he pretty much arrived on time. Did not introduce himself or his company (truck was unmarked) -- just started working. We had to go out and introduce ourselves. Gentleman was a very hard worker -- will give him that credit! Felt price was a little high considering the work done -- but we did agree to the rate beforehand. Probably will not use this company again.

It was the first time we opened the pool since we purchased the home. We had been trying to do so for several weeks but no one else rated and quot;Aand quot; on Angie's List would call back or accept new clients. We were glad that they did call us back and did come out on time and within a reasonable amount of time from the call. When the two gentlemen did arrive, however, they did not come to my door, simply went to the back of my house and started working (I felt that this was rude. It would have been OK if I was a regular client, but this was my first encounter with this company). I then went up to them in the backyard and introduced myself and asked them if they would just explain to me what they are doing since this was the first time we had opened or even used this pool. The man asked, and quot;is this going to be a one time thing or are you getting weekly service?and quot; I told them no, that I just wanted them the one time and that I was capable of sweeping and maintaining the pool throughout the summer. At that point the gentleman did walk me through how to hook up to the filter to sweep the pool and how to work some parts of the filter, but acted as if I were a nuisance. They then spent the next 30-45 minutes cleaning the pool and adding chemicals and I went back inside. Without a word they left and I saw them driving out of my drive. The total time spent at my house was less than an hour. I was billed for 1.5 hours and they left chlorine at my house and charged me a 100 dollars for it. Not to mention the cleaning job they did was terrible. They left dirt all along the edges of the pool and in the corners that are harder to get to. The did not clean or do anything to the filter (I'm not sure if they were suppose to). But, for 240 dollars, I think they should have. I just felt the quality of work was poor, the time not accurate on the bill, and the whole transaction was overpriced.

I have used their services on and off for many years. They have always been responsive and punctual. I do not need regular pool cleaning services as I have a polaris that works well but for opening and closing and equipment issues they are very good.

I would use them again in the future if needed.

I received outstanding service. I was on a very short timeline and Dave came out with one days notice and walked me through the spa operation, maintenance, etc. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I tried to pay him for the visit and he said he would just bill me...no problem. He now has my business and I give the company my highest recommendation.

They did an excellent job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They told us what they would do, when they would be there, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Everything they said would happen did. It could have been a little cheaper but the price was about the same as others we had heard around here. They came when they said they would and finished on time.

SW Pools service two pools that I manage. I am happy with their service. They are very professional and explain what needs to be done in detail. They also let me know if there is a problem and what it will take to fix it so it does not become a bigger problem in the future. Their staff is courteous to my tenants.

The provide excellent service and their price is reasonable.

Everything is done well, but because of the cost we are looking for another provider.

We're in ABQ about 1 week a month, so SW Pool's responsiveness to our time availability was great. He first thought the pump was burned out and he would have to come back the next time we were in town to replace it. So he drained it and disconnected the power, when he noticed that the power switch was loose, so said he would also replace that. When he returned when we were there next, he replaced the power switch first and discovered that was the only problem. An estimate of $1000 turned into a much smaller job and he came back when we weren't there to make sure everything was working correctly.

They are very prompt. I tell them the date that I want the pool open by and they will get it done. They will get everything done for me when asked. They are polite and professional while they are working with me.

Great. Took about 2 hours to get it all resolved. Next day field up the pool and went about our business. It may take Southwest Pool Service a little time to get back to you (3 days in my case), but when they do call back be ready because they will fix that day in most cases. And it is always quality work!

SOUTHWEST POOL IS ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEY TELL ME WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

THIS COMPANY DOES A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF COMING EVERY TWO WEEKS. THEY DO A PRETTY THOROUGH JOB OF CHECKING EVERYTHING OUT AND MAKING SURE THAT ALL IS RUNNING THE WAY IT SHOULD BE AND THAT THE CHEMICALS ARE CORRECT.
