After years of frustration with first Qwest and then CenturyLink I moved my service to SWCP. Because of my rural location I still have to use the Century Link phone lines, but if I need support I go through SWCP. The billing is done through them as well.
Because I am still using the old phone lines in our area, SWCP could not improve my speeds, but they took time to explain what was going on and give me tips for maximizing my speeds even with the poor phone lines.
The service was excellent. The employees go out of their way to be helpful and they are very prompt.
