Fantastic work, no leaks after 8 months of rain, snow and wind. Great customer service-they returned every call and text I left promptly. They did the work quickly. From start to finish it was a 2 day job. Yes, a few nails got missed but every roofing company I researched had these sorts of complaints. It wasn't anything that I couldn't fix as I walked around my property.

Work done in Feb 2020. Removed two layers of old shingle roof, installed new shingles, flashing, drip edge, etc. all in one day. Also installed owner-provided solar powered roof vent and 2 Solatubes that work great. They missed a few screws on the corrugated plastic patio roof, and I found a couple dozen nails around the perimeter but other than that I'm very happy with the job, the quality, and the price.

I would recommend SODO construction with a 5-Star rating! The work and attention to detail is top notch and fast! Some of the other quote I got were $5,000 and $10,000 more and wanted to use a lesser quality shingle. They left the site nice and clean. I am proud to have the SODO sign in front of my house saying they did my roof!

After having multiple roofing companies come to my house to do estimates I decided to hire Sodo Construction to do the job. Sarah provided exceptional communication and responded very quickly to anything I needed to talk to her about concerning the project. She was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and knowledgeable about roofing. The crew was there on time and did an excellent job. They took the time to listen to what I had to say and were very professional. It was a good experience that went well and left me very happy. I plan on hiring them again and recommend them highly. I give 5 stars to this company for a job well done.

SODO Construction did an excellent job on my flat roof. Efficient and cleaned up after themselves. And most important, no leaks and cost effective.

They were easy to work with. Handled everything by text message and email. Sarah contacted my insurance adjuster directly. The final quote came in lower than the company I had been intent on working with for this job. That company gave me the runaround, so I found SODO on HomeAdvisor.com and gave them a chance based on the numerous great reviews I found. So glad I did.

I can t thank them enough. They were extremely professional. Worked for 3 days ....all day. Sun up to sundown. Cleaned up after each day. Roof is perfect. They stayed within budget and gave us a roof that will last a lifetime. Couldn t be more pleased. I wouldn t hesitate recommending them.

I would highly recommend this firm. They were professional in all aspects of the work. The roofers also found a soft spot on the roof, they asked if I would let them into the attic, which I did after they told me about the soft spot. One of the trusses was broken. The lead roofer said they could repair it the next day (as when they found the soft spot) it was around 5:00 p.m. when they discovered it. The truss was repaired, pictures were taken and a video as well. I submitted this to the insurance company. All in all they did an excellent job. I have already recommended them to friends.

I am very happy with the work SODO Construction did. They made a new elbow for the swamp cooler. They installed the cooler and took the old cooler with them. They built up the low spots on the roof so it would drain properly. They were polite. The roof looks great.

Like some others, SODO was not the cheapest estimate that we got. But theirs was the most complete and comprehensive, and they followed up several times in an effort to secure our business. In the end, we went with them, and we do not regret our decision one bit. The work was done in one day, and done very well. Ours was a flat roof above our garage that had been leaking for years due to original shoddy workmanship and materials. It is now a solid roof, and nicely waterproofed, firm, and supportive. We have an air conditioner out there, and they replaced the ductwork underneath, and mounted the new air conditioner as well. I am thoroughly pleased, and I highly recommend this company. One day, we hope to put a deck out on this roof, and install French doors to access it through the master bedroom. I know who I will be calling when we decide to do this.

SoDo did a very good job. They did a complete roof with ridge venting, new decking and new eaves. SoDo price was inline with other roofers for the roof and decking but SoDo include the eaves same price. They covered the ground while working and cleanup when they done.

They did an excellent job, very fast and efficient. I had one problem and they came out the same day to correct. Great service.

These people are pros, Sarah took care of everything easy to work with workers were great went above and beyond to do a great job and the price never changed from the original quote .

We bought a townhouse for our daughter and it was in terrible shape; especially the roof. These guys came in, were on time, cleaned up perfectly and guaranteed their work for ten years plus the 30 year warranty of the material used. We were very happy.

Had hail and wind damage to my roof, fence and gutters. The companies that I contacted only did roof repair but had to look for other companies to replace gutters and fix my fence. I found JRC Construction on HomeAdvisor.com and to my surprise they could do everything I needed. I set up an appointment for an estimate. They came out very quickly and provided me a fair estimate for all needed repairs. They were also very flexible in scheduling the repairs. When the time came for repairs they were very prompt and very professional. I am very pleased with the work they performed and would highly recommend to anyone. They are all truly professional and a joy to work with.

Very good customer service, good price, respond well to requests. A few of the nailheads were showing and they went back and remeded them and sealed all.

They are the easiest people to work with, they made suggestions to improve my house and followed through with all of them and kept the cost down a very reasonable level. The work went smoothly and without delay. The company was a pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project.
