Smart Cleaning Services is about as professional as on could hope for and they definitely personalize their services to the clients specific needs! Donnie and his staff, a team of three, arrived five minutes early and worked without pause for more than seven hours. I couldn't believe how much three staff could accomplish. They HEPA vacuumed all my ceilings (some pitched to 12' high) and all the walls, all door, and wet cleaned where necessary.
They cleaned all floors, which took many water changes due to the dust and grit. They cleaned all the windows to sparkle-level and did a great job on all three bathrooms and the Kitchen. No one sees it, but we know all the dust is gone from the tops of cabinetry throughout the house and the top of a partial wall that forms a room within a larger room.
Smart Cleaning offers all types of cleaning options for residential and commercial needs. A traditional residential cleaning company would not perform the tasks I outlined in my initial phone call to them. I didn't know where to turn. So I looked for "disaster and restoration-type cleaners" . One estimate was $2500 from a well-known disaster clean-up company. The other like company didn't submit an estimate after I outlined my needs. Another company said they would send two staff and it would take a day, $30/pp/hr. I just didn't feel I would get the full range of services I needed (like cleaning the light bowls that were suspended 10 ft up). Smart Cleaning also swept and mopped our 3 car garage which has a finished floor.
Smart Cleaning said their standard rate is $30/hr/person, which was comparable to one of the others and a far cry from the restoration service estimate we received. I felt communication was better with Smart Cleaning Services from the get-go. Owner Donnie was enthusiastic about my project and worked to schedule us in as soon as the renovation was complete . He was willing to offer us a "special rate" that the company was running. There work was so exceptional I would have considered it a bargain at their regular hourly rate!!!
After this incredibly positive experience, we plan to call upon their services for big-cleaning ,seasonal projects on an annual basis.
