We don't have a problem with it. We've never had to use them. One time we set the alarm off and we turned it off right away, it was accident. It happened so fast that nothing transpired.
Description of Work: We have an alarm system, it's ADT. We've used them since we moved here, about 7 years. My husband pays by the year. When we move in, we were already setup with some kind of alarm system, so it didn't cost us a great deal of money. I think it was like $200. Everything was already put in to place. All they had to do is switch over because the old alarm system that they had apparently didn't work. The lady died, and nobody took care of it after that.

They seem to be okay. We have never had any problems with them. They did the installation 15 years ago, but have upgraded it several times over the years. We get all upgrades and problems fixed for free because of the maintenance agreement, but we do pay extra for that service monthly. If we have a false alarm they call and if we are not available they have the cops come out to our house. Everything involving the service is fine.
Description of Work: We have them monitor the alarm system in our 3,000 square foot home. We pay a monthly fee for the service.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO SIGNED US UP MADE SURE THAT HE WAS HERE FOR THE INSTALLATION SO HE COULD VERIFY THAT EVERYTHING WE WANTED WAS RIGHT. THEY WERE WELL MANNERED AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: A NEW SECURITY SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED.
