Wonderful.  The salesperson spend lots of time with me explaining the statistics of their windows.  I had already gotten estimates from several other firms including Pella.  Sierra's price for the windows themselves was several thousand dollars less than Pella for the same quality.    I ordered wooden windows of excellent quality (I have a big window facing west) with cladding (comes in many colors and Sherman Williams makes matching paint colors)    The contractors price of install was similar to Pella's.  They were prompt, conscientious, pleasant, and did quality work.  The whole process was pleasant.  Almost 6 years later the windows are in great shape.  I was planning to build a shade structure outside the west window but the window held the heat out so well I didn't need it.  I plan to use them again to replace the east facing windows.

They were a pleasure to work with and the quality of the windows and trim was excellent. The windows were metal clad douglas fir wood windows so were on the high end of quality but the price was comparable or even a bit lower than Kolbe or Marvin.
Installation went very well. Lisa and Andrea were great to work with.

I called them out to do window cleaning.  I was impressed with how detailed the cleaning was.  I have some very large floor to ceiling picture windows that the technician even got up on the roof to clean.  I was impressed that every spider web was gone and the windows were left sparkling.
