+ -1 moreThey were advertising on a sign "oil change $26.99". They took my car right away. 20 minutes after they had the car in the bay, employee came out and said it would be $69 because it needed synthetic oil. I argued that their advertised rate was $26.99. several employees came out over the next 20 minutes and kept telling me they would give me a deal. One even said $30. I stated that would be ok. After a total of 45 minutes. I was told it was going to be $69 and that was the deal!. They did not even change the oil filter because they couldn't get it off. Now I have to go to the dealership to have that done. Very disappointed and angry.

+ -1 moreAdvertised rate on sign was $26.99. After they got my car up in bay and stated it would be $69. I protested and was told it would be $30. After 45 minutes and several lies about how much it would really cost and promises to reduce the price. I was charged the full $69 and they didn't even change to oil filter. I will now have to go to dealership to get that done. Don't use this company.

+ -1 moreI’ve been going there for the past four to five years and have always been pleased. Dale Erickson, the owner/manager, is a very honest and decent man. He is reliable, his staff is courteous and professional, and he has very fair pricing. I've already recommended him to many others over the years. I started going to Shell Rapid Lube after a prior auto repair shop did about $1,000 in damage to one of my vehicles.
Description of Work: They service both my company trucks and personal vehicles. Between these vehicles I stop in for service every four to five weeks.

+ -1 moreDale at Shell Rapid lube does a great job with all my work vans (5) and family vehicles (4). He and his crew take the time to do the job right and point out any potential problems. The vacuum and wash the windows. And I can have my foreman take the vans in at any time for a fluid level top off.

+ -1 moreNever a problem and always have "peace of mind" that all work was done as specified. Great people with long tenure make a visit here a "no brainer."
Description of Work: I resolved NEVER to go into one of the big chains after a loose filter pretty much killed my 92 Camry. My Avalon has been going to "Dale's" for ten years. This is a "one store" operation with the owner or experienced manager <Anthony> always present. If they tell you the battery is near its life, you better carry jumper cables if you don't replace it immediately. They are very honest and have the customer in mind when making recommendations. Just an oil change yesterday, but in the past, have had these guys rotate tires, change light bulbs, replace air filters, tranny flush, and replace the battery.

Description of Work: I have been taking my cars to Shell Rapid Lube for years. The service is always friendly and timely. Dale and Anthony NEVER try to sell you a service your auto does not truely need. They have even turned down changing my oil because it was not do to be changed-I love good service. I would highly recommend this location over Jiffy lube any day. Prices are lower or the same as jiffy lube. we have 5 vehicles from a nissan sentra, to a 4 wheel drive tundra, and all vechiles have been serviced well.
