Description of Work: Do not use this company. We filed complaints with Better Business Bureau, Attorney General in New Mexico and California. We purchased a hot tub from them that never worked properly. They damaged it in delivery - never repaired that. Didn't provide a proper fitting cover. Never fixed the problems, until when using it one evening the pipes burst inside. Water drained all through the inside of the tub. Fortunately the GFI worked and shut off the electricity. It was only then that they agreed to replace the unit (I am sure to prevent a potential law suit). The new unit delivered was not as promised. They do not return phone calls or emails. Takes about 15 calls to finally speak to them. A week after they replaced the faulty unit at our house, they were selling it at the NM State Fair as a new unit. (The sales people there did not know who we were and offered it to us and when I asked them if it was new or used they said it was new). When we told them we knew for a fact that it wasn't new and asked their names they covered their name badges and threatened to have us thrown out of the fair. This is a much abbreviated version of our experience with them. It was 6 months of an extremely unsatisfactory experience. If you google them you will find other similar experiences. Oh - they go by several different names, but the owner is always the same.
