Constant toilets clogging. Swamp coolers do not work efficiently. I called and reported several times about the swamp coolers. Instead of professionals to come service the coolers the husband and wife came our and patched the situation. We had the buy air conditioners. It is so hot in the house the blinds literally melted (see the picture) The first month there was no heat. The guy they sent was a heating guy but it was a friend and he only came after hours. It took replacing several parts to find the issue. Instead of leaving the parts on, he told the guy to remove them, clean them off and return them. The guy apologized and stated the parts he had to take back off could go out at any time because of the age of the unit but he had to do what he was asked. The master bathroom shower, when the knob is turned left or right you get hot water, you get no cold after it warms up. To turn off the shower you have to perform trial and error, it is somewhere in the middle. When it rains it rains through the fireplace. And randomly down the wall. I am moving because I can't take any more.
