SECURITY SOURCE

Installation of the DVR went according to plan. Chris, the sales person, did not order the correct cameras for what I was wanting to accomplish in my site changes and that created numerous problems as the wattage was not correct for my system and my entire was compromised and I was left without any security at my business site over night. If Security Source did not have the fantastic Service Tech's of Jessie, Lucas and Lyle to correct the screw ups of the sales department, I would have terminated my upgrades with Security Source. The scheduler for the Service Department, Denise, was rude, argued with me on the problem I was having and has NEVER been on my property but found it necessary to defend the Sales Person Chris. (Always an interesting scenario) Eventually Security Sources Division Manager had to become involved in order to get my installations finished. I requested a bid for one last camera approximately 6 weeks ago and todate have STILL not received that bid leaving me unable to complete all the upgrades to my security system. I have changed my 24 hour monitoring over to Security Source and had to sign a 2 or 3 year contract but have not had any problems so far. One of the cameras that was installed has not functioned properly since shortly after installation and continues to need service to correct the image problem. Service is scheduled for next week which if I had the bid and could get the last camera delivered in time I would be done with all the needed service from Security Source that was begun in September 2013. It is unfortunate when a company that could work out with years of service, hires or continues to retain a sales force that has outlived its feasibility and usefulness to the point that it compromises what everyone else is working towards.

The sales team, the installers, the service--all good. We will definitely use this company for our security concerns in the future.
