They were timely. They are there within a week. They gave me an estimate on a two-year old Maytag which was two-thirds of the cost of the new machine washing. The service was $79 and the repair estimate was $360.

The technicians that came were wonderful. They explained everything. They seemed very trustworthy. I had no problems with the technicians. They were dependable and pleasant to have in my home. They make the prices so that it is less than getting a new washer but not much but that is what everybody is so I was not happy with the price but it's the same thing everywhere else.

Performed lube job, was paid and left.

For the washer call I purchased the annual maintenance policy which was well worth it in this case. The Technician was professional and perfored to our satisfaction with the exception of the first call when he missed the defective board problem. Perhaps that was not his fault and the boards were weak but not yet failed according to their diagnostic equipment.
Overall we were pretty satisfied with the service, ease of scheduling, response and professionalism.

I bought a washing machine at Sears just after the holidays and it was installed yesterday. I was impressed at how quickly I was able to buy it; sometimes at big stores it's a challenge just to get help, then a grueling paperwork process. Here it was fast and efficient, and the saleswoman reminded me of a city rebate for this washer, offering copies of the necessary forms. Installation also went smoothly. I was called at the end of my two-hour window appointment when Sears let me know that the installers were running over an hour late. That was unfortunate but not a big deal for me, and I appreciated being notified in advance of the end of the window. The installers were very helpful and efficient, and I now have what looks like a good budget HE washer with very little hassle.

They are very professional and friendly. I thought for what they did the cost was reasonable. It was a very good job.

1st visit was to assess the issue. It was determined that the machine needed a rebuild (full tub replacement). The repair person ordered the parts and said they should arrive the following Thursday (they did). He scheduled time to do the work for the day after the parts arrived (Friday). He arrived on time, was very professional. He replaced the tub. I noticed a whining/rubbing sound the next few times I used the machine, so I called them back to look at it. The same person returned to evaluate the issue. He said it would probaly go away within a month. I stated that I wanted that documented because if it gets worse I wanted it known that they had done the original work and I was concerned around the noise the machine was making that it did not make before. That's where it currently stands. I am disappointed, that after 2 years the machine would require a rebuild. I used the machine once a week for 2-3 loads so there has not been excessive use on the machine. The part that went out has a 10 year warranty - That's was good becaue otherwise it would have cost the price of the machine again to repair it. I expect the issue to come back. I will not buy a Kenmore product again.

They are an excellent company, and I like their punctuality, honesty and good quality of service. They are off the charts. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I called a general Sears number for repairs, and they sent a person over. The guy was good and nice to have around. The work was covered by warranty. I would rate them highly.

I had a very good mechanic and he did a very good job. I have been fortunate to have a very good center out here. My husband knew what it was. It didn't take him anytime to replace the part and get it going. My overall experience was excellent. The price was reasonable and I don't think I could get it any cheaper. Every time I've had somebody just to come out I've paid over $100 so I think what I paid for a repair was reasonable, but the washer is definitely not new however it has done a fine job all along. He was very punctual. He was very professional and he immediately knew what he to do and did it very fast.

Overall it went well. The staff were prompt, efficient and pleasant. I would use them again.

The lead worked Andrew Aguilar did most of the work and did an "excellent" job! We custom built our house several years ago and installed expensive upgraded carpet and thick padding. The carpet now looks better and is actually cleaner than when we moved in. I have asthma and noticed the difference within 1-2 hours. My advice is that with asthma or any lung disease you should have all your carpets cleaned immediately after moving into a new house due to the construction debris and dust that is left in all the carpets! It would be nice if all builders provided this service, but they do not. Usually they sweep the carpets but that really does nothing.
