SCHILLER CONSTRUCTION

This was a rush job as cabinet installers were due to arrive the following Monday and we were under the impression that they would reduce the soffit to accommodate the new cabinets. WRONG assumption. Found out less than 10 days before installation was to occur.
Called Schiller and he was able to squeeze us in.
Upon demolition a gas line was found to be in the way and had to be moved which Schiller handled.
We have used Schiller for various projects over the last few years for all kinds of drywall, construction projects and painting and have been pleased with the quality of work. Sometimes patience is required when having Schiller do projects as his schedule is not ridged

Robert Schiller, proprietor of Schiller Construction did all the work himself except for a couple of days at the beginning when when he had a helper to tear out the old drywall, shower and window. Robert is very careful and thorough. For example, the wall where the pocket door was installed was not plumb. He had to cut away part of the studs to allow the door to hang correctly. The result is door that moves silently and smoothly with no drag. I rated him B on punctuality because he took a week longer than he estimated because of such problems. But I'd rather have the job done right than a week sooner.
