The repair was $40.00, and the cost of cleaning 6 wool rugs was around $100.00. All told, it was much less than I had anticipated. The whole process was supposed to take a week, but Tess called me about 5 days later to pick them up. They were all well cleaned and the one braided rug was beautifully repaired and no longer in danger of becoming one long rope. In addition, Tess called this morning to make sure everything was satisfactory.
Their work was great and the price very reasonable, and their customer service can't be beat. I will definitely use their services again.
