 + -1 moreSandia Pest Control is probably the best pest control business out there in the Albuquerque Metro area. They are very responsive and since our first treatment, we have not had any issues with sugar ants or cockroaches. He has scheduled 2 one month follow ups to ensure we don't have a problem again. Each follow up is $30.00 and he doesn't require a contract.
Description of Work: Sprayed for ants and cockroaches.

 + -1 moreI had actually called James several years ago, but he refused to spray in the house bc my Dad was on oxygen back then. He was willing to forego our business to ensure my Dads safety. James is very impressive.
Description of Work: James sprayed both inside and outside. He was extremely polite. Also, I live on disability and he gave me a break on his usual first time charge if I would have him as a monthly service. It took me awhile to get him for my first appointment, but the wait was worth it. He is caring about my dog too, telling me how long to keep her inside after he sprayed out doors.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS REALLY QUITE GOOD. THEY SPRAY MY HOUSE MONTHLY FOR BUGS AND I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY PESTS IN THE HOME SINCE I HIRED THEM. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND AFFORDABLE AS WELL.
