The work went very well. The renovation team was very courteous and professional. They arrived on time each day and always cleaned up before leaving the job. The bathroom looks beautiful. We are very happy with the way the project turned out. I would definitely hire Sandia Marble again.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process. From start to finish took less a week. The only thing that took a bit longer was the installation of the glass shower door, which couldn't be measured until the tub to shower conversion was completed. Sandia Marble allowed me to do the updating in the my home that I wanted, within the budget I had set. I will definitely hire for future projects!

At t first there were some communication issues but once we talked directly to the fellow who did the measuring and work it went well. The problem may have been that of our contractor. The men doing the measuring were always prompt and explained any addition cost option and the workmen who did the fitting and installation arrived on time and were pleasant and efficient. We are thrilled with the final product...absolutely beautiful. I did the design and choose the materials....it took awhile for them to understand what I wanted but they carried it out perfectly...

In November, we were gathering estimates on granite counter tops for our kitchen. My husband was struggling with our old cast iron sink in the front of the house when a neighbor, who was passing by, stopped to assist. After introductions, my husband noticed that Abel's truck had "Sandia Marble" on the side so he asked if they did countertops. Abel came in and did an estimate for us. By the beginning of December, after comparing several other companies' estimates and available reviews, we we decided to use Sandia Marble. Our date to begin installation was set for December 22. In the meantime, Ramon scheduled with us to do the templates -- professional and friendly.

We expected the job to span 2-3 days. On December 22 our crew, Carlos, Raul and Alfredo, arrived to take out the countertops. They had pulled in an extra crew member to assist. Ramon, our template maker, stopped in to see that things were going well. The crew were courteous, proficient, and efficient. The crew laid out tarp as a walkway to the door and vacuumed and cleaned as they worked. To our surprise, they started bringing in countertops even as the demolition continued.  They intended to finish IN ONE DAY! And, they did! It is Christmas Eve. I've had a day to put my kitchen back together and today, to my surprise, I am up to my elbows cooking posole, pie and tortillas for our traditional Christmas Eve. As the chief cook and chef, I am in kitchen heaven. Thank you for a job that exceeded expectations in quality, comfort and timing.

I was very pleased with the work done by Sandia Marble to upgrade my kitchen with new quartz countertops. After I visited the show room and decided I wanted to go with quartz rather than granite, a representative came to my house, took measurements and provided a cost. On the day the work was to be performed, the workers showed up on time and worked efficiently to remove the old countertops. I asked one of them to reverse the water connection under the sink (hot and cold lines were reversed), which he did. He also pointed out that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He bought a new unit and installed it. The workers cleaned up everything and completed the job in one day..

Everyone at Sandia Marble was very helpful and professional. Removing the existing tile was difficult but they did a great job. They worked quickly so we weren't without a kitchen for long. When there was a problem with the sink leaking, they came back immediately and corrected it. We're happy with the results; would use them again and recommend them.

The sink they brought out was a completely different color of cultured marble.  It was  white with a little blue and grey.  We went down to Sandia Marble to look at the samples.  There was no sample anywhere close to what is installed in our tub walls.  We talked with them three times, asking them to come out and bring the samples and see what they could do to make something a little closer to what they made 9 months ago.   Sandia Marble repeatedly told us how how they "couldn't match it".  We kept saying it doesn't have to "match" but it has to be closer to what they made 9 months earlier.  They would not come back out to our house.
Finally my husband asked them if they could do this job and they said "No." You mean you can't do this job?" he asked?  "No, we can't do this job."
We asked for a refund and received it.
Sandia Marble, the company that made the cultured marble for our tub walls, is unable to make a sink out of the same materials. We start looking around Albq for something similar to our tub walls and it turns out no company in Albq has anything close to our tub  walls.  No one.  Including the people who originally made it.
Perhaps what is most interesting about this entire story is that there is no paperwork at Sandia Marble of this job.  No record of this cultured marble ever being made. No record of it ever being bought by our contractor.  And no record of it ever being installed by Sandia Marble.  There is absolutely no paper work on this job.  There is paperwork on the other bathroom that was remodeled, but not on this one.

They did an excellent job. They were quick to answer any questions I had before or after the job.They were polite, professional, punctual.  I got a quote from other companies and found theirs to be the best. They have a good reputation for doing good work.I would use them again and would like to give them a good recommendation.

A representative from Sandia Marble came out and took dimensions, etc. for the quote.  He also showed samples of their work on his tablet and was gone within half an hour.  We received the quote the next day, went to the showroom and chose our materials, colors, etc. then scheduled the work to be done.  Everyone at the showroom was very friendly and helpful, and professional. 

The workmen (2) who came to do the job arrived in the appointed time frame and worked non-stop until the job was done - all in one day.  They were also very professional and courteous.  They did an excellent clean up when they were finished and we are very pleased with the results.  We would definitely use Sandia Marble again and would recommend them highly for this type of work. 

They did a great job. Were on time, great price. Area always clean, never left a mess. Would  use them again. Thanks to Clovis who always checked the progress and answered questions.

Juan arrived promptly on the 7th, laid down a cloth cover all the way from the front door to the master bedroom to protect the floors, and began working.  He removed the carpet, prepared the floor and began laying the tile, which I had previously bought along with the grout (around $180). His work was very precise and he was very skilled at cutting the tiles to fit around the edges of the door jams and the tub.  He finished laying the tile in a half day, and came back the next day to put in the grout.  The floor looked beautiful!  This is the second time I have used Sandia Marble (first time was for a tub-to-shower conversion), and I definitely would recommend them, as well as use them for any further work.

We selected this provider because they seen knowledgable, their bid was competitive and (unlike some other Angie's List bidders) the bid was firm with transparency.  Sandia Marbel provided requested assistance in selecting the stone, worked with us in achieving a great match at the one location where a seam was necessary, and did an excellent job finishing the granite.  Their installers were friendly and very responsive.  Following the installation, there was no problem getting them to come back and fill a small defect that was not discovered until a couple of weeks after completion.  If your are installing granite, don't accept bids that are not firm of bidders that won't comment to seam locations and consider Sandia Mabel.     

They did a fabulous job of getting the quartzite around columns on our sink island.  They were prompt, very professional and extremely accurate.  And they came back 6 weeks later at no extra cost, to finish a laundry room sink counter top because our cabinet maker refused to complete our job timely.

Overall experience was excellent! They were there when they said they would be, provided the services they said they would and they had a good clean up. The process of paying for the service was well handled and we couldn't be more happy!

The entire project was painless and satisfying.

It went VERY well.  After WE finally decided what we wanted, our project was scheduled for the following week so materials could be ordered and/or created.  Workerd arrived as scheduled, completed the project in three days, allowing us at least one bathroom throughout the project, and GREATLY improved the look and value of our home.
We (that would be my WIFE and I) are VERY HAPPY with the outcome, and we appreciate the patience and professionalism of the Sandia Marble crew!!

We had looked at all the available counter top materials and decided on quartz.  The brand would have been available at Lowe's but I wanted to use a smaller company.  I began calling smaller companies and another supplier suggested Sandia and told me to ask for Abel.  He came for the estimate, we scheduled an installation date and he put me in touch with Ferguson, a company that could supply the granite sink and Delta faucet we chose.  Date of installation, everything was there and could be installed at the same time.  Everyone connected with the company was very pleasant.  The installers were punctual, skillful and pleasant.  I remarked to one that I thought he was an artist.  Very good experience, I have recommended the company to others and would recommend it to you.

They came and measured, and gave us suggestions as to fixtures; we went to Loew's and picked out just what we wanted. They cut the marble for the enclosure to measure, and came back later to straighten it out a bit.

I visited two or three places to find the best deal I could on pricing.  Sandia Marble was the one I chose, because the staff at the showroom were so pleasant, in this case Reuben and Sophia.  Reuben came to the house with samples of marble, and gave me an estimate, which I thought was reasonable.  I arranged a date for the work and two gentlemen came promptly at 9:30am.  They worked quickly, were very professional and made sure they kept any "mess" to a minimum.  The shower came out beautifully, and was completed by 1:30 pm!  It didn't even take a whole day, which was what I was expecting.  I have since recommended them to two other friends, who had work done and were very pleased.  I would highly recommend them!

First we got an estimate. We mulled it over and decided to proceed. That estimator was out of town so another guy came out to recheck the job.  He re-took measurements, etc..  We have a huge mirror attached to the wall and I asked him to insure the backsplash on the new countertop would fit under it. He checked and said "Yep, standard 4". Won't be a problem.".  We ordered a small Polystone counter for the 1/2 bath and a large dual bowl for the master bath. First time they came to install; the white bowl color was unlevel with the brown top so we had brown in the bowl and white in the bevel. The big counter would not fit under the mirror. Even though the backsplash was 4", the counter top was thicker so it wouldn't fit. They had to take both back to the shop - re-make the small one & try to thin the big one.  We were without sinks in 2 bathrooms for 2 days.  Luckily they were back in just 2 days. I called them to remind them that the larger counter had a center support and they need to thin the center also. Next trip out the small one was good!! Big one still didn't fit. It was high in the center. We removed some mirror frame and the counter finally fit but the backsplash chipped and the mirror frame was now ugly. They offered to make a matching trim piece for the top of the backsplash to cover the chip and the altered frame. I was unable to get either drain pipe to seal in the dual bowl countertop. No plumbing issue with the small countertop. Third trip out; they sent a "plumber" who used a bunch of silicon seal to get the drain pipes to seal. Looks good and seems to work fine. Trim piece was also good.  They color-caulked all edges. 
Sofia, Ruben and Abel were all really nice and tried to be helpful. 
The installers were very good.  They tried very hard to do the work and make us happy.  They were always polite and did a good job of working cleanly.  Nice not to have a big mess to clean up afterwards.
I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the first single bowl top.  Very disappointed that I had to take off from work 3 times for this rather simple project.  Seemed like they should've knocked something off the price for the multiple inconveniences.
Nice people and we're finally happy with the end result, but painful to get there.  We like the product so might consider doing business with them again, if needed.
