House is 15 years old, has pitched, tiled roof.
Mr. Roggy was recommended by a friend, who had been told by another contractor that his roof needed a $15K re-roofing. Mr. Roggy fixed his problems with a bill of under $1,000. In my case, Mr. Roggy came out on two separate occasions to deal with two different problems, both having to do with leaks in severe rainstorms. He provided the correct diagnoses and fixed them in minimum time.
He and his crew were punctual, clean (how clean can a roofer really be!?), fast, and did an expert job. What more could one want.

He is a small contractor. I had estimates from other companies and some of them wanted to replace the entire roof. He crawled up into my roof and took a bunch of stuff out and lifted a couple of tile. He charged minimal price for this and spent a couple of hours on this. He is a very honest guy. He replaced a couple of roofing tiles as well.
