 + -1 moreRon came out within a couple of hours of contact. Estimated the situation and showed up the next morning to do the work. His crew, headed by Oscar, worked diligently and efficiently to expedite repairs necessary before the roof replacement could occur.
Description of Work: Repaired roof prior to roofing. Corrected sagging ceiling. Removed and replaced joists. Removed and replaced insulation.

 + 0 moreI had a leak that seem to be at the confluence of peaked, sloped, and flat roofs. Ron discussed top-knotch solutions to the issue. If my house was top-knotch and not mid-range and I was looking for repairs to last the test of time, his solutions would have been appropriate.

Description of Work: Came to fix a severely damaged ceiling from water damage. His company found incorrect installation of new roof was causing leakage. All this was fixed. Each day all was cleaned up and the final day everything pristine. Great crew- polite, punctual and professional. A super experience. Saving for the next job to be done on our very old adobe house. I have passed the name on to many friends.
