Things did not go well regarding meeting the agreements of our purchase. Although we had certain time and date agreements in place and agreed to by Robin, these agreements were repeatedly missed without comment from Robin. Next, during the official inspections of the New Mexico home, Robin insisted on being in the home during these inspections. While she did not formally interfere, she did attempt to direct the inspectors and to explain away certain finding from the inspector. The nearly last straw had to do with replacement of the septic system. Robin led me to believe: 1) The old septic tank would be removed 2) The work would be completed prior to close However, upon the agreed upon close date, and with the closing agent in place, I found that neither of these items were accomplished. Robin instead explained how difficult the septic work was and the challenges for the installer, neither of which had to do with the completion of the work. The closing agent was about to walk out and nullify the carefully planned close; VERY stressful! I'm uncertain how Robin's client felt, but from my perspective, Robin was not very honest with me and caused unnecessary stress. Although I emailed Robin to ask about the and other items, I received no response from Robin. Robin does a great deal of work in Corrales, New Mexico and the region; I for one would NOT wish for Robin to represent me.
