Maintenance went well and was a little higher than I remembered. Replaced skylights with operable skylights, They had installed similar skylights 13 years before so I trusted them to do it well again, That was a mistake, I guess the crew had never done operable skylights as it requires cutting a bit of drywall near the top, They cut a lot and when it was done the skylights work but I now have a inch gap around the lifting mechanism. I complained and they said it would not leak and they have a man who does interior repair at your cost. Looks bad.

People should know how deceptive this company really is, as they wanted to charge us $16,200 for a new roof stating that we had hail damage and that we should contact our insurance company. Jerry went on to say that because of the color of our roof it was hard to see the hail damage but it truly existed. He also went on to say that there was all kinds of building flaws with the chimney, valley and downspout area. We had two other roofing companies come out and they said that our roof was perfectly fine and did not require a new roof. Another company told us that the max they would charge for a new roof would be $8000, so realistically this company was over charging by $8200. Both of the other companies said they could repair the damage for $300 with a one year warranty, whereas this company said they could repair the damage for $1500. I have used Rite Way as my roof provider for over 30 years. I have a three section flat roof and they have put two roofs on every section. I was a well satisfied customer until 3 years ago. They called me and suggested it was time for a tuneup. Being a satisfied customer for 30 years, I asked them to go ahead. They estimated the cost at $750. I had used them for this same service in 2000. The cost was $225. I used them again in 2005. The cost was $300. I know little or nothing about roof work but I trusted Rite Way and agreed. A two man crew came to the house, worked about 2 hours, found no repairs needed and left. When I received the bill it was for $750. I was astounded. I complained to the company and they changed it to $300. In 2016 I repeated the process. The inspector explained how the job was bigger. A minimum tune up would be $300. but to do it properly would involve painting the exposed asphalt and would cost $600. I accepted their estimate. We then repeated the 2012 experience. Two guys came to the house. They were here, not on my roof, for 1 1/2 hours. They left two cable wires hanging in public view off the berm, one was directly in front of my driveway. They said my skylight had a broken part that needed replacement and that someone in the office would call me about it. They haven't. I called them and asked for a recommendation on repair. They haven't called back. But they do keep calling about their $600. I no longer trust this company to give me an honest estimate or to do a good job. If I use them again it will only be after I get other estimates and I will personally supervise the work.

Technician arrived on time. Professionally evaluated the necessary repair and priced the repair. I agreed to the work to be accomplished. Work was scheduled the next day. Workmen arrived on time. Repair accomplished as contracted. Highly recommend Right Way Roofing.

Provider was great and on time -- the only problem was I felt the quote was a bit high for the amount of work that was to be done .

The provider and quot;fixedand quot; our roof in September 2013, but after the rain this month the roof has leaked again. Unfortunately it has also caused interior damged to the home. I called to have it repaired and none of it is covered even though it is in the exact same location as their repair. They only recommend that now we replace the entire roof. Their prior repair was only guaranteed for 30 days. 30 days is ridiculous considering it has been less that one year since their repair and it has failed.

Jerry from Right Way Roofing was very responsive, and came over to give me an estimate the same day I called him. He explained in detail what a roof tune-up would entail and showed me areas of my roof that needed to be repaired. His crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the place very clean. In addition to giving our roof a tune-up, they also built and replaced a scupper. From my first call through the end of the work it only took one week. We are very satisfied with this business and appreciate their work.

It went well. They were very nice people, we just decided to go with someone else.

The cost was not out of line with the apparent quality of work. I am pleased with the way they took care of items on my roof (e.g., coolers, sky lights, etc.) to assure that a quality roof was put in place.

The communication with everyone in the office (estimator, scheduler, front desk, etc.) was very professional.

They answered my many questions in a pleasant and understandable way. Finally, they were very helpful in making a couple of minor modifications to the original design of the roof to improve the final product.

The job was done promptly. They conferred with us when plans to build more canalis changed. They offered to come and check out roof after next rain/snow.

I am so pleased with the service they provided. They were efficient and Carlos kept me informed of everything they were doing. I felt very comfortable working with him.
