Awful The home we rented was filthy the yard was grown over due to years of neglect. Promised compensation for clean up, then refused to pay after it took 3 days work to make livable. Because of this and many many other problems requiring repair,rather than fixing he (Matt Ziere) he told us if we don't like it to "MOVE" but won't give us written document for permission to break lease. He is as close to a slum lord as I have ever seen. I would never rent from here again. And anyone that is thinking of buying or renting a home would get better service from anyone off Craigslist before renting from him.
