I've used this company twice now, and I'll use them again in the future. I'll recommend them to everyone.

I was not present during the work, so I don't know if he sprayed a hose over th entire roof to determine weak spots.

The owner and project manager arrived at my home to assess my desired project and were very professional and friendly. I had a cabinet entertainment center with doors that was basically built for the old pre-flat screen TVs and wished to have it modified so that it would accommodate a bigger flat screen TV. The piece was picked up several days later and modified by their carpenter/ finishers and returned within days. It's a beautiful job and I wouldn't hesitate using this company again. We had used Richard and his crew for several smaller projects.  We were pleased with his work and contacted him for our kitchen remodel.  After making arrangements for this job, we gave him a key to the house and left for the summer.  When we returned in September, the job was complete.  
Renaissance Man Construction does quality work at an affordable price.  You can trust this firm!  He coordinated with the subcontractors for the installation of the countertops and flooring (not reflected in the cost of service).  Everything was done to our specifications and complete satisfaction.

After roof inspection there were no further action.  No inspection report or photos were provided of the roof condition.  No minor repairs were accomplished.  All in all I paid for a inspection and received no value for the purchase.  I have contacted Richard from Renaissance Man Construction twice and did not get any response.

Beautiful work.  They even waited while we put the dogs' footprints in!

Originally there were 3 leaks, then 2, then 1 which still hasn't been resolved. The problem is that it seldom rains in Albuquerque so there has always been a wait-until-it-rains required to test the repair. Richard was prompt, courteous, and kind, but my roof still leaks. I called him yesterday 4/22/14 to report the leak after this past weekend rain. I have not received a response. I don't fault him too much for not responding. After 3 tries, he probably feels frustrated about this stubborn leak. Still, the leak must be fixed before the whole interior ceiling disintegrates. Next week I will have to contact another roofer.

I purchased a Big Deal through them and they never got back in contact with me. I had to have someone else come out and do the work for me.

IT was a smooth job.  The communication and them showing up on time  Also they asked me before fixing anything outside of what I originally asked them to do.  I would defiantely recommend them.  I will be using them again on future jobs

Richard and his co-worker came at the time we had set up and fixed several areas on my roof that needed patching.  They were very professional and I am very satisfied with the results.

He got the job done and did it well. One thing: he said he would come back and check the seal a couple days later, but never called or showed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I thought he was going to rip me off, but he didn't. There were no extra charges.

He is a lovely man. It was a great experience. They were just very pleasant. They came in and did their job and they did a beautiful job. I needed some more work done and I didn’t realize he did that kind of work too so I called him back and he came back in a timely manner and he was great. I will call them again if I something else to do. Their price is reasonable.

Prompt, pleasant, professional, knowledgable. Did not get other estimates so can't compare pricing. Seemed reasonable for the work that was done.

Services provided were top quality, and the nicest people to deal with. Took around 5 days to complete total job. I will call them again if I need their services.

A couple of delays due to a medical condition on their part but good service when they did make it out. Good advice and assessment of our roof.

They were on time, professional, willing to answer questions, etc.  I believe the quality of their work was very good, but I haven't been up on the roof (two-story) myself.  :-)  I have recommended them to friends.

All work was completed professionally and with top notch quality. Richard's employees and subs were all very professional, responsive, cooperative and competed their work on time. I will continue to engage Renaissance Man for future work.

The provider was polite, prompt and got right to work. He found a number of problem spots on our roof and fixed them. He fixed an area that was causing a leak.  We have had light rain since then and no leaks. I think we might need to wait for a heavy rain to be sure the area is fixed. But I would call on him again.
