They are the best guarantee in their business. They provide 100% customer satisfaction. They do a amazing job. I would use them again.

Bicycles
The initial tuning and minor adjustments come with the purchase price of the bicycle at REI, and this store offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The bike had a problem early on, and was repaired multiple times and tuned for us. Because the problem continued without resolution, we were able to get a brand new bicycle or return of the full cost of the bike. We exchanged it for a similar Novara bike at REI. The cost of the bike was about $900.
