I had to have 2 top/bottom blinds restrung. Ramona Smith came to my house to pick up the blinds and fix them. She works on all types of blinds. She ensured me she would bring them back the same day because they were for the bedrooms. Both blinds worked well after she reinstalled them. The next day my teenage daughters blind string broke. Ramona came back immediately after I called her and she took it and refixed it immediately. I also asked her about my vertical blinds and if she worked on them. She looked at them and said she thought they were still under warranty although they were 14 years old. She called the manufacturer on my behalf and got them to replace the part that wasn't working. She did this even though she received no compensation. She is very professional and timely and extremely nice. I will call her again when another blind breaks.
