They were excellent, know what they were doing, they stand of the the quality of their work as any contractors would do.

I volunteered to remodel a newly purchased house built in 1952 (with three subsequent additions over time) for my elderly sister who was moving to Albuquerque. The wiring situation in the house was very complicated - there were three separate electrical boxes being used, with one the original from 1952. I had an incredibly difficult time finding electricians willing to take on the task of combining these boxes and adding new wiring. Most electrical companies I called had no interest in this job and the few times I convinced an electrical company to come out, evaluate the situation, and provide an estimate - I never received a call back. I had a very limited time in which to have the house finished and I lost a lot of sleep agonizing over who might come and help me out. Then True Light Electric was recommended to me by the HVAC company I was using ... and True Light was indeed the brightest light in this otherwise difficult remodel I was attempting. They came over immediately after my call, walked through and evaluated all that needed to be done and, decided they would be willing to accept the challenge -- and challenge it was. They provided an extremely reasonable estimate that I gladly accepted. Their knowledgeable, personable, and hard working technicians worked to fit my compressed schedule and satisfy all the electrical needs of the remodel. Their technicians were always punctual, friendly, and easy to talk with. They readily explained what they were doing, how they were doing it, and discussed with me the best way to resolve the unforeseen issues they found. Along with consolidation of the existing wiring and adding fans and new outlets, there was the complete wiring of a new kitchen. Now, after the completion of their work, I feel confident that the electrical system in the house is safe and reliable for my sister. I highly recommend this company for any type of electrical work and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The staff was very professional and responsive; communication was excellent. There was an electrical issue with a cooler. After trying every fix I could think of, I called True Light. They reviewed what I had done, checked a couple more things but were also unable to determine the cause of the issue. We discussed one more possible solution, and the electrician left. I implemented the "possible solution" which seems to have resolved the issue. While I thought they were very professional, etc., I wish they had been more complete in finding and resolving the problem.

OK, the installation worked.

I had a great experience. They were awesome. They were very fast. They were on it. They had it done by the next day. They were very, very nice. It was really expensive.

Super high quality work.  Installed dedicated circuits for woodworking machines and a heater.

Very professional with the highest level of integrity.  They know their stuff.  Also had them redo an outdoor electric service to features in our back yard.

It went really well. They were recommended by the company I used to install my air refrigerated unit. I didn't know them and I have never dealt with them and they were fantastic.

True Light served as a subcontractor to Thompson Heating and Air Conditioning for this installation, therefore I do not know the cost of service. However, their performance was extraordinary with Brett Tyas being the lead electrician and I would be willing to pay a premium to have them perform future work for us. They arrived on time, performed their work professionally with no fanfare, kept us informed of when they would need to be in the house and when power would be interrupted, cleaned work areas equal to or better than they found them, and were so thoughtful, kindly, and well-spoken.



Wiring was laid out and protected in a very orderly fashion. Wiring in the 200 amp breaker box is a work of art, akin to a Mondrian painting. There is no question where a wire originates and terminates. Every breaker is labeled clearly. In my experience I have seen few boxes so efficiently and thoughtfully laid out as this box, a wonderful legacy for future electricians who repair or change service.

The electrician completed the bathroom fans neatly and efficiently. He noted that two of the three fans in our home had not been properly connected to the exterior vents, so he corrected. Upon completion of that work we inquired about installing the pendants. He promptly provided a quote for the job, which we found to be reasonable. We accepted and he began the work immediately. He completed the job very neatly and professionally.  We are very pleased with the result.

They were out within an hour of our call and they called to say when they would be there. They were here for three hours and had to go over to Lowe's to purchase the doorbell. He knows his stuff and he was a real gentleman. He was kind to ask for my opinion. When he hung the box for the doorbell he asked me where I wanted it, and when it was hung he asked me if that was okay. He was exceptional and it was a very good experience.

It went pretty well initially. They did what they said they would do. The only flaw was that they did some damage to my landscaping. I know they were doing their work but they could not have avoided it, as they really needed to get closer to my house. The price was reasonable. They could have improved on their punctuality, as I had to wait for them.

The previous electrical box was replaced with new service. This part was done quickly and professionally, because it had to pass inspection. A patch panel in a bedroom closet was bypassed. What I had requested was not done by the crew they sent to do the work in the attic. The next time I went up in my attic I found wires with the protective covering cracked and frayed, junction boxes with no covers and worst of all, several wires ties and taped together sitting on a fragment of drywall - no junction box at all. When I called the company I was told that these things were not included in the scope of my request. I consider these items unsafe and I had specifically requested they check the electrical wiring and make it safe.

THE PEOPLE FROM THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND STARTED WORKING RIGHT AWAY. WITHIN NO TIME THE JOB WAS DONE AND THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. I ALSO THOUGHT THEY INSTALLED IT FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.
