Roger called at the time he was supposed to show up to reschedule because he couldn’t make it, then on the day he rescheduled to he no showed, then we hadn’t heard from him after repeated attempts to reach him. He ignored my husbands calls for over a week and then I called with my phone and he answered on the first ring and made the excuse that he didn’t call my husband because he took a job out of the area and had little reception. I asked to find out when he could do the work and he said he would call back that night to reschedule it and we haven’t heard from him at all and it’s been a week. Utterly unprofessional and a waste of people’s time.
