The subcontractors lacked supervision, and therefore didn't do very good quality work. Our home required many windows to be ripped out (including cutting and refinishing the stucco) because they were wedged improperly in place. We've had numerous concrete problems, leaks, issues with cracked bathroom surrounds, and issues with the grading around the home.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY BUY ANOTHER HOME FROM PULTE HOMES. THEY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEY COULD NOT SOLVE RIGHT AWAY. THEY WANTED TO GIVE US THE BEST DEAL THEY COULD.

OVERALL, EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY. WE HAD SOME MINOR COMPLAINTS, BUT NOTHING TO BIG, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. I LIKED WORKING WITH THEM. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB.

PULTE HOMES HAD GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK AND DO SERVICE WITH. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP MAKE SURE EVERYTHING INSIDE THE HOME MET OUR STANDARDS TO WHAT WE WANTED. THEY ALSO MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING BEFORE LETTING US MOVE INTO THE HOME.

WE WERE LOOKING FOR HOMES AND THEN THEY SHOWED US SOME MODELS OF HOMES AND WE LIKE ONE SO WE HAD THEM BUILD IT FOR US. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE WAS GREAT.
