With 25 years of experience and the goal of making your home match your imagination, there is no one better equipped to provide you with excellent service at a modest price. Although I can assist you with purchases, my primary objective is to use what you already have. Initial consultation flat fee, thereafter at hourly fee or cost/plus on larger projects. Trade discounts on floor coverings and paint. I use only subcontractors who have worked for me for many years, provide highly professional work and leave your home absolutely clean. Bids provided at no charge. I supervise and inspect their completed work at no additional charge. By appointment, weekends and evenings possible.

My husband and I just moved into a new house and we were in need of some decorating advice. I called Properly Staged Interiors and Ardie and I agreed that she would come to my house and stage my furnishings. Ardie estimated that it would take about three hours and that is exactly what it took. She did an excellent job in placing our furniture, pictures, other decor. She was very pleasant. We discussed where things would go and blue tape on the wall. My husband then finished hanging the pictures etc. Ardie would like to come back and see the finished look. I would recommend her services.
Description of Work: Ardie arrived at the house and I gave her a tour and we discussed the goals of her visit - basically to stage our furniture, pictures and knick-knacks. I placed all of my decorating items on the table and Ardie started arranging the furniture in the great room and the loft. She then starting picking items off the table and placing them around the house. Ardie also made suggestions for improvement in furniture placement and paint.
