I purchased the carpet from Home Depot and paid them to install it. The third party company they have chosen to use are dreadful. I called them for three days before anyone called me back and then when I finally heard from someone, they wouldn't schedule me for the install for 3 weeks! I called around trying to find someone to install a carpet that I purchased from somewhere else and everyone turned me down until I called Dustin at Professional Solutions! He was AMAZING! He was able to fit me into his schedule the very next day! Dustin even arranged to pick up the carpet from Home Depot before arriving to install it.
The carpet looks great and I couldn't be happier! I will most definitely use him in the future and I would recommend him to everyone. He is polite, respectful, punctual and very skilled!
