A man named Sam patiently examined the entire system as well as paperwork I had relating to it. He found one spot below a back door which was vulnerable, because of its location, to leakage. He installed a new contact (the old one had fallen out because of poor installation). It works like it always should have now. ALSO, they will monitor my system for only 20 per month. The man who did the repair was most competent, very pleasant, and can-do. I am so relieved.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE IN THE AREA. THEY STILL PROVIDE YOU WITH QUALITY SERVICE, BUT THEY BLOW THE COMPETITION OUT OF THE WATER. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN WE NEED THEM.
