 + -1 moreA man named Sam patiently examined the entire system as well as paperwork I had relating to it. He found one spot below a back door which was vulnerable, because of its location, to leakage. He installed a new contact (the old one had fallen out because of poor installation). It works like it always should have now. ALSO, they will monitor my system for only 20 per month. The man who did the repair was most competent, very pleasant, and can-do. I am so relieved.
Description of Work: I am on the verge of putting my house up for sale. My alarm system has been broken for three years. This system was installed by someone seven years ago just learning how to do alarms. I called Pro-Tech because I saw them listed on Angie's List. They were the first ones who said they could fix broken alarm systems. All the other companies I called only wanted to install, didn't do repairs. Pro-Tech willingly came out and we began at the beginning, trying to figure out what and where the problems were. We found more than one. He tested the entire system for errors.

 + -1 moreI REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE IN THE AREA. THEY STILL PROVIDE YOU WITH QUALITY SERVICE, BUT THEY BLOW THE COMPETITION OUT OF THE WATER. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN WE NEED THEM.
