After many attempts by several plumbers, I finally found a real expert who solved my long-standing problem. My problem was that it took several minutes for the hot water to reach both bathrooms and I was wasting gallons of water every day waiting for a hot shower. A heat pump had been installed several years ago but it made no difference. Jimmy from Pro Mech Plumbing agreed to look at my issue. At first he could find nothing wrong but was not satisfied. He researched the issue and was able to finally fix my cold shower —I now have hot water instantly from all of my faucets! I was so impressed with his determination to find the solution, his professionalism and courtesy. Very, very happy with this company!

Amazing! My water heater started to fail a few days before my out of town holiday guests were to arrive. Jimmy from Pro-Mech gave me an estimate and information over the phone, came the next day to install exactly the water heater I had wanted, all in time for me to pick up my guests at the airport that same day! Jimmy arrived exactly at the time he said he would, finished the job quicker than he estimated, and I couldn't be happier with the water heater!! I will definitely hire Pro-Mech again!!
