They are very courteous. They call about two days before and tell you what date they are coming. We have dogs and we wanted them to make sure they didn't spray near the dogs or the garden, so they have that written up in our file. They are really good, and they pay attention and everyone who has been here has been nice. We have never seen any bugs. They ring the doorbell and tell you that they are there and then they go around to the back and do their thing. They will then put the ticket in the door. We have used them for as long as we have lived here, and we have lived here for probably 10 years now.

We have been pretty happy with them. The spray works because we don't have any bugs inside the house. We haven't seen any black widows for years because of their service. They are punctual. They did their thing and they were out.

I haven’t had any trouble of anything coming in so they spray only exterior. I pay them $26 a month. I would recommend them. They do a good job and are prompt. They call you and make an appointment, remind you when they are going to come and they come within the time they say. They do a good job and I haven’t had any troubles at all. I haven’t compared their price to anyone as I have used them for years.

I like their service because they spray on whatever I ask them to spray. Every time they come I have them spray completely on the inside and completely outside. If I have an area that is a troubled area, they would make sure to cover it. I have had trouble with Ants in the house and they were very persistent at trying different chemicals until they got rid of them. The Ants have been at home since I have had the house built and I’m sure I had built the house on an Ant pile. They are very good, they are always here on time and they give me a window of approximately of 2 hours from 10 AM – 12 noon. They are always here within that window and they call me before they come when they are on their way, to make sure that I’m home. They are coming out next week and I would continue use them in the future.

We've used them about 4 1/2 years. They are rock climbers but it really scared them to death. There were nothing to hold on to and nothing to tie off to. I was holding the ladder and I was praying. I would highly recommend them.

The guys are really nice. I have used them for years. I live on an ant hill. If I need extra service they don't charge extra to come out.

They were nothing but trouble. Their bug treatments didn't work and their payment system gave me problems every single time a payment was made.

I chose them because they ran a better business through Angie's List and also they had many positive comments. I set up a one year service plan with them. The first application was discounted significantly. The original price for the application would have been the standard initial charge of $139 but they took $60 off and so I paid $79 for the first application. I liked that their product was safe and I didn't have to leave the house nor had to remove my pets from the house. They were very thorough. Even though they were a little bit more expensive than the other place I called I chose them because they scheduled an application one month after the initial application in order to break the egg cycle. I only called one other place to compare their price.

I pay $70 every two months and they have sprayed three times. I really, really like their employees but one of their employees left my gate open and little bunnies got in my backyard, which are really hard to get out. I called them and they gave me a credit. The guy that came out the next time was very, very thorough and made sure that he did an excellent job so he made up for it. Their prices are fair.

They have been reliable. They come when they say they are going to come. They only spray outside and I don’t have to be here when they come and so I don't have any contact with them. They are usually young guys who come to do the work and they are all polite and nice whenever I talk to them or anything. They are average and I think that they are just like any other pest control company.

They come out every two months. They charge me $69 for their services. They are very unobtrusive. They will knock at the door. If you are not at home, they will go ahead and spray for pests. They will spray the insides as well at the same price. They will come back at no charge if there is an issue. They are very polite and professional. I have nothing to compare their price to. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were very thorough; they took care of even the closets and the crawlspace. It was $110 for the initial visit. I haven’t used them myself because I am up in the mountains, so it is hard to get somebody to come out here. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I found them on the list. I spent $150 on that service. The job went really good and it was a onetime service and I had a bunch of spiders to get sprayed for and they came out and took care of all of that. They were quick and he was very good. They were friendly and professional. They just pointed out that I had more problems than I thought I did at least with the number of black widows. I also had some questions maybe looking into getting regular pest control service.

I called a number of companies and they wanted to charge a flat rate but Preventive came out and said they thought any infestation would be limited and they would only charge me an hourly rate for their service, which would save me money. They took care of the problem for me. The workers were very good, professional and I will use them again in the future.

I spent $70 on that service. They are very easy to work with and they call and let me know that it is time. They give me the option of every year and I can choose the time and day. They would like to continue all year long, but I like to stop the service around November and pick it up again around April and they let me do that and don’t charge me anymore or any less for that. That is one more thing that I really like about them. They keep my rate the same, but I don’t blame them because I pay right up. The workers that came out were really nice and very well mannered. I have animals and I try to keep them in and I have a gate and they will always let me know that I shut the gate, but did not lock it because I have to lock it. It is always a nice reminder and I have had other people come in and leave the gate wide open and I have all these animals that like to run the neighborhood.
