It was done on the spot and pretty quickly. Slightly more money than others I called but I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes and that was worth it to me. The man doing the work was not super personable but he did a great job.

Sean and his team did a great job. Knew of them through our business but I didn't know they did knife and scissor sharpening. I took my above items on a Friday and picked them up the next Friday. I have also dropped off several more knives (serrated edge ones as well) and will pick them up on 9/4/15. The price is very reasonable and my knives were honed and sharpened. They needed it and this company did the trick. Would recommend them to home cooks who need their knives honed and sharpened. Thanks Sean and crew.

eveything came back sharper then i can remember them being in 25 years! items were ready 2 days before promised. drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy. they explained the best way for me to keep the knifes sharp at home with a $10 gadget i can at target/walmart..............

They turned out perfect! I was really impressed with the way they packaged them, when I picked them up. They are so sharp, they are like brand new. The guy was very nice. I dropped them off on a Tuesday and they were ready on Thursday. He also did my scissors for me.

I dropped them off late Friday and was called Monday at 3pm to pick them up. All knives are as sharp or sharper than new.

Took 3 very dull knives in, one was a Henkel that had small chips out of the edge and had been used for 20 years. When I dropped them off, I was told it could be up to a week, but they were done later that day. These knives were probably sharper than they were when they were new. I could not be happier and will definitely use them again.
Every employee I dealt with was great! They were helpful, polite and happy to answer questions.
