Great!! Ruben came out both times and he is a jewel. Scheduling went without a glitch and after being without our sink during the kitchen remodel he got us up and running. I would definitely them when we need a plumber!!

They charged over $4,000.00 for the work. Which later I found was over priced by about half. They left the cold water lines exposed along the interior of each unit. And the lines were sticking out from the wall by 3 inches and none of the lines were properly fastened to the walls. They left walls open. Where as, all lines were to be in walls etc. I have pictures of their work. They did not come back and fix the work till April. And at that the work was marginal. Will never use them and recommend avoid them at all cost. SEE PICTURES BELOW

I am not sure of the date of service the last time, but overall I cannot recommend this company.

We'd had them examine our boiler earlier in the year (heats water which provides baseboard heating to the house), and then they fabricated and ordered some parts and then performed the work. They both made repairs and changes to the configuration of the whole boiler so that it was more efficient and safer than when built originally.
We've used these folks for other plumbing-related issues over the years and have always been very satisfied, as we were with this project. If we have plumbing problems, these are the people we call.

No problems. They came when they were supposed to and did the job. What more can I ask. They are great.

The pilot light on the gas water heater would not stay lit. This water heater had previously had a recall on a thermocouple and I thought it was probably that item that had failed again (water heater was purchased in 2004). The technician, Scott, arrived on time, went right to work and determined that it was the burner's gas line that had become corroded. He cleaned it out and waited to assure that the water heater was working properly before he left.
This company exhibited superior customer service, starting with the receptionist who took my call, to the technician who did the work. They are professional, responsive, and efficient. I would definitely call them for any other plumbing needs.

They were very friendly and they are on time when they come out. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

They did a good job and I felt the price was reasonable. I had three bids and theirs was the cheapest. I did have a little trouble having them come out to give me a bid, but I have no complaints about the work. I would use them again if needed.

THE PEOPLE FROM THIS COMPANY WERE GREAT. THEY CAME IN RIGHT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE, AND THEY GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK. WITHIN NO TIME, THE DRAINS AND THE TOILETS WERE FIXED. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED.
