PRECISE CARPET CARE

The service person was very professional and thorough. We have used other companies but keep coming back to Precise Care. We have had issues with pet odor and pet stains and were pleased with the result. He also stretched ripples in the carpet. I would recommend this company.

I'd been using them for years but this time they did not respond promptly to my initial request to have our carpets cleaned. I had to call and leave several messages before my call was returned and an appointment was scheduled. They came by to clean our carpets including dealing with a pet stain. They did a decent job. Then our dog who is now old and on her last legs had another accident on the carpet so I called them for their sevices again. No response. I called at least 3 times, maybe more, leaving a detailed message and got absolutely no response. I'm disappointed to say the least. We really were in a jam and urgently needed their services but they just dropped us without notice or explanation after years of customer loyalty. None the less, they have proved themselves to be unreliable, insensitive nand unresponsive to their customers. I definitely would not recommend them.
