They were very willing to work with me if I changed my mind or my plans. I mean they go with the flow. Some contractors I found that if we try to change the plans they get upset and want to charge a whole bunch of extra to make the changes. John there was precise, he sat down with me and what I wanted I got. If I wanted to change my mind he would look at it and it was not a problem. John was told me that at some other place there was one customer that contently changing things on a daily basis and it drove him crazy. I can see his preview on that. He was about to pull up the concrete and I changed the plan and he told me that surely he can do that. If it cost me anything more he would just make slight changes.  He got some kids that work for him that was still learning the trade, I had to watch real close. He has never done me wrong on the price. It was hard to get a hold of him but he does eventually called me back. I the old navy and I wanted a call back in 15 minutes. When he was not able to show up on time he always called me. He was not the predator proper type contractors that people might use. He was more a like back country home type of work.
