Hands down Poulin Design is the best remodeling company in Albuquerque. They did a remodel in our master bath and we are thrilled with the result. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, design services, installation and communication was stellar. We highly recommend them and we will use them again.

A bit highly-priced, but, they offer good products and have friendly staff.

They have been in businesd for many years and very reliable!!

Dead of winter through Cristmas & New Years lots of work completed. I even got to help by cleaning up. I enjoyed being able to help with the project.

Did an amazing job on handicap accessible shower, many options to choose from. Contractor worked efficiently, was friendly, and informative of project status. Whole project took less than a week.

We contracted with Poulin Design Center to do a complete bathroom remodel. The installer knew everything about the redesign, had very good suggestions and did a very professional remodel and completed job on time and very clean. Didn't have to do any cleanup at all.

I am just in the initial stages , design and ordering. Laura was immensely helpful. looking forward to the instal stage in 6 weeks.

Beautiful flooring

I have a small galley kitchen, and there was never enough cabinet space, nor did I have an inside pantry. The upper cabinets didn't go all the way to the ceiling and above them was just wasted space. I brought in Poulin Design Center to see what they could do to improve the situation for me. The designer did a superb job, extending the cabinets to the ceiling to give me more space, and added a pantry plus more storage space for my cookbooks and small appliances. I couldn't be happier! The lowers were refaced to match the new uppers and now they look just like brand-new cabinets too. The new uppers are well made and beautiful! The installers worked very well together, knew exactly what they were doing, were precise and efficient and prompt. The new floor is beautiful as well. The tile installer was just as expert and efficient as the cabinet installers. They couldn't have done a better job if they tried. I am very happy with my beautiful "new" kitchen!

It was very nice working with Richard Oster, he did great work and kept me informed every step of the project. Very reasonable price and now I have wheelchair ramp access in and out of the house.

After moving to New Mexico, we needed to have a bathroom transformed into a handicapped accessible bathroom. We also decided to upgrade the master bath which was in poor repair. Poulin Design Center replaced the tub and shower in one bathroom and replaced the shower in the master bath with RE-BATH products. The estimate was done promptly. During the remodel, they were careful in their plans to always have a bath available. They were accurate in their estimate and prompt in their service. Their installers were always polite, timely and performed wonderful work. Both baths are exactly what we asked for in the time that we needed them. Wonderful company ��� We highly recommend them.

The design consultant, Terry Rose, was a pleasure to work with. I had definite ides about what I wanted and she offered appropriate suggestions. The workers were on time, courteous and thoroughly professional. They were very helpful in utilizing the vintage hardware that I provided. The work was completed on time and they left the premises clean and neat.

I've had this product before, and like the way it behaves over time. The installer was excellent, Matt. Always on time, very professional and friendly. I'm still missing a piece and a fix, so that explains the rating. I'm sure they will fix and provide, but it's been awhile.

I was so impressed with the speed of installation and the quality of the work done by Jason! He was a pleasure to have in my home.

Very professional work being sure to protect existing items in the house while doing the work. Always asked me if they had questions about install and options. Very prompt each day on the agreed upon time of their arrival and always working during the three days.

From the initial meeting at my home with the design specialist, to the in-store selection of materials with the interior designer, to the installation professional, nothing could have been more smoothly accomplished. Deadlines were met, all facets of the remodel were discussed in advance, any questions I had were promptly answered, and most important, the finished bathroom is GORGEOUS! When I am ready to remodel my kitchen and second bathroom, I will absolutely hire them.

This is now a wonderful walk-in shower! It was almost like the remodel was Painless! Jason put in my tub conversion to a shower, and he was excellent. And fast! I am very pleased and satisfied, plus it looks great. I recommend them very highly and say thanks for a job well done!
