Sometimes stuff comes easy, sometimes not. My deadbolt was persnickety; I'm sure that these good folks didn't make any money on a fixed price bid, especially with the coupon. But, in the end, they were patient, professional and pleasant and the job was done right. A pleasure to do business with.
