They almost burned the house down wih cross-wiring. Did not identify the problem or the correct number of switches. I had to have another company, Albuquerque Plumbing, and Heating, who did a phenomenal job, correcting the problems Polar created and then repairing the system. I emailed Polar and asked for a refund and never heard from the leadership. I would be happy to attach the letter I sent Polar. NEVER USE THEM!

THEY TREATED ME REALLY WELL. THE REFRIGERATOR QUIT WORKING AND THEY THEN ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE CALL ITSELF AND REFUNDED THE REST OF MY MONEY. THEY ARE A HIGH CLASS COMPANY WHO PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST.

THEY DO GREAT WORK, WHICH IS WHY I ALWAYS PICK THEM TO DO MY HVAC WORK FOR ME. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND ARE VERY COURTEOUS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ALSO CLEAN UP AFTER EACH JOB WHICH IS VERY NICE.
