I called this service two separate times to arrange for the storage PODS. The first call was picked up by a service worker in Kansas. The connection was poor and I had a difficult time hearing her and had to asked for verification of information several times. Considering that this was the first time I had used this service and that she was not familiar with names and the rural nature of my location, we made progress to set up delivery of the storage POD. I discovered later that she took my credit card and phone number information down wrong. The second call I made was picked up by a service worker somewhere in Florida. She was very helpful with the second order for a different site and consolidated the order. There was a considerable difference in the level of customer service experience between these two providers.
The PODS were delivered on schedule. One site was a very tight space which the driver navigated without difficulty. The same driver delivered the PODS both times. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
