+ -1 moreThey don't show up to appointments on time--or sometimes, at all--and have to be reminded over and over again of what work they are supposed to perform. It's like they don't WANT my money. (They were supposed to come look at my swamp cooler after finishing another project and although they said they'd return the next day, they never showed up or even called.) Horribly unprofessional and unreliable.
