Overall, it went well. Only the rear rotors were machined in the first attempt to eliminate the vibrations caused by applying the brakes. When this did not solve the problem, I brought the car back a couple of days later, and the company then had the front rotors machined for no charge. This eliminated the vibration problem. I appreciate the fact that after the company's first attempt to correct the problem was ineffective, they then "made good" and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Finding reputable businesses that I can trust to "do right" with me is the main reason why I am using Angie's List.

I REALLY LOVE THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY. THE INDIVIDUAL THAT I WORKED WITH WAS REALLY HARD FOR WORK. I LIKED THE FACT THAT HE WAS WILLING TO WORK OUT A REASONABLE PRICE WITH ME. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE.

THEY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED IT IN NO TIME. THEY GAVE US THE BEST PRICE ESTIMATE, AND KEPT THEIR WORD. I THINK WE GOT A GOT THE BEST DEAL FOR OUR MONEY.
