Description of Work: Well as I'm writing the review our loan process is still incomplete as we drift further and further from our initial May 24 closing date. Loan officer has been fired because of incompetence. Our #'s change every time we talk to someone there and when our loan officer assured us we did not need to lock our rate at 3.75 %, he took a vacation without telling us or giving our file to another officer only to return to an optimistic market in which rates jumped to 3.85 completely wiping out our credit and increasing our down payment at closing almost $2,500.00. The most Mr. Martin could say was sorry, this wouldn't happen with a top flight loan officer. So there you have it. Pinnacle does NOT offer top flight loan officers. Stay away.
