Pillar To Post Inc

Mr. Herrera came recommended through a reputable real estate agent, and over the phone seemed polite and professional.  When he came to perform the inspection, he was friendly and attentive, but didn't follow the inspection process spelled out in his Pillar to Post handout.  The home inspection took a grand total of 45 minutes, and many of the required checks were never performed.  What is more, when we received the inspection report, it claimed that those tests had been done and included pictures from that weren't even from our house, in what we can only guess was an attempt to evidence having done the work. 
When we asked to rectify these issues, Mr. Herrera was wholly disinterested in contacting us or coming back to make it right.  He asked that WE correct any obvious issues so that he could add it into the report.  This seems to us to be an altogether unacceptable solution.  It caused much dissatisfaction, and to date has not been resolved to our satisfaction, a matter that doesn't seem to concern Mr. Herrera as we haven't been contacted further to close this issue.
The result of this back and forth has been that a mid-May inspection to place an offer on a home has become a back-and-forth into mid-July with still no offer made/accepted.  I regret having used this provider.
